For the users / consultants who are anxious about data migration in HANA S/4 ...Scope of LSMW (our classic ECC R/3 migration tool) in S/4 HANA..here is the answer friends..
The Legacy System Migration workbench (LSMW) is available within S/4 HANA On - Premise 1511 edition but cannot be considered as migration tool.
The current content and used interfaces will not be adapted to SAP S/4 HANA data model.
Users can expect restrictions around transaction recordings as this is not possible with new Fiori screens on one hand and changed interfaces on the other.
SAP Note 2287723 talks about the same.
The recommendation is to consider DM options offered for SAP S/4 HANA ,On premise 1511 using the available pre configured migration content.
Rapid Data Migration (RDM) based on SAP data service can also be considered for challenging DM.
